In the heart of Birmingham, Michigan, beneath the towering trees of the Birmingham Country Club, Hailee and Ted’s wedding on September 30, 2023, unfolded. As their wedding planner, I had the pleasure of planning a celebration that blended their love story with Birmingham charm.

From Boston to Seattle

Though Hailee and Ted now call Seattle home, their story began on the east coast at Boston College. Fate wove its magic during their senior year at a Mardi Gras party, igniting a spark that would lead them to say “I do”.

A Mother’s Touch

Hailee’s mom, Lori, played an integral role bringing her experience as a member of the Birmingham Country Club. Her familiarity with the venue and her insights were invaluable, turning the wedding planning into a collaborative family effort.

The 21 Jane Events team had the pleasure of assisting with various aspects, ensuring every detail was just right. From managing the linen order for unique table sizes to sourcing a photo booth that captured the essence of the celebration, our goal was to make their day seamless and memorable.

Beyond the logistics of their Birmingham Country Club Wedding, we dedicated time to ensuring Hailee’s hair and makeup, as well as transportation schedules, were meticulously planned. It’s these little details that contribute to the smooth flow of the day.
